ESC Winter Programming

For Winter 2019, ESC is providing the Coerver® Center of Excellence to help develop players' individual skills.

Overview:  The Center of Excellence has been redesigned for the 2018-2019 soccer year.  The goal of the CoE is to guide individual outfield players along the path to their full potential in the game.  Sessions will involve: individual ball mastery and technical skill development, SAQ training (speed, agility and quickness), 1v1 attacking and defending and small-sided game competitions.  Emphasis will be placed on playing at speed, with and without the ball, and developing an aggressive, "always attack" mindset.

Center of Excellence sessions are open to all players at all levels of the game (Elite, Select, Recreational) regardless of club affiliation.  Players will receive instruction from officially licensed Coerver coaches who also hold nationally-recognized US Soccer and United Soccer Coaches certification.

Instructors: Rob Herringer, Anne Leboo, Andy Staberg, Emily Michaels, Naomi Bernal and Marissa Ringblom
Who:  Boys and girls with 2012-2000 birth years (7U-19U)
When: February 8, 15, 22; March 1 and 8 (Fridays from 5:30-6:45 pm)
